Just in time for barbecue season, chef Andi Tuck shows BMW i Pure Impulse members how to prepare seafood over an open fire. In this exclusive video, he not only shares his pro tips, but also talks through the importance of sourcing sustainably caught fish. “The love I have for seafood turned into an obsession, and the importance of using sustainable fish and fresh local ingredients reflects in my dishes,” says the chef, who heads the kitchen at St Kew Inn, located in picturesque Cornwall, where most of his dishes are cooked over an open fire.
If the Tate galleries in the United Kingdom were a family, Tate Britain would likely be the wise, dignified uncle, while Tate St. Ives would embody the creative, outdoor-loving niece and Tate Modern would represent the hip, edgy cousin. All are well-loved, but with distinct personalities that set them apart. And to understand the family history, you will need to get to know them individually. Tate Britain, which first opened in 1897 displaying just a small amount of artworks, today is the custodian of the national collection of British art from circa 1500. Tate St. Ives, perched above Porthmeor Beach with views across the Atlantic Ocean, exhibits work by modern British artists with links to the area and is the winner of the Art Fund Museum of the Year 2018. Meanwhile, Tate Modern, located at the disused Bankside Power Station, focuses on contemporary works since 1900, with its vast original turbine hall used for regular commissioned temporary displays of jaw-dropping proportions. Even if you’re an old Tate family friend, a visit will never be boring. And, with an ever-expanding program of innovative digital and multimedia projects, an online catch-up in between trips will be just as exciting.

Both performance centers offer one- or two-hour training sessions that give insights into the lengthier full-day events, so you can choose one that suits your schedule.
