Where can I find my membership number and activation code?
The 9-digit membership number can be found on your BMW i Pure Impulse Card in your welcome pack. The activation code is delivered to you a few days after you have received the welcome pack. Should you have not received the activation code 10 days after receiving the welcome pack, please contact your BMW i Pure Impulse Experience Team.
I cannot register successfully, what should I do?
In order to register successfully please type in your 9-digit membership number as well as your 12-digit activation code. If you have problems, please also check your activation code for the following common issues: A number zero “0” could look like the letter “O”, a small letter “L” could look like a capital letter “i” or the letter “r” followed by the letter “n” may look like the letter “m”. If you are still unable to register, please contact your BMW i Pure Impulse Experience Team.
I have not received the email with the activation link. What can I do?
If you have not received the email with the activation link please check your spam folder first. If you did not receive the email, please click here to resend the activation email. If you require any additional support, please contact the the BMW i Pure Impulse Experience Team.
