PARIS, FRANCE.

As the distinctive blue, white and black livery of the BMW i Andretti Motorsport racecar swept through the awe-inspiring, monument-packed streets of central Paris in the thrilling eighth round of the Formula E championship, BMW i Pure Impulse members from across Europe and the US looked on and took in the electric atmosphere.

Race day came after an evening of exciting insights, top-class hospitality and exploring the latest BMW models at the Brand Store BMW George V, which was turned into a private event exclusively for the members. Special guests from the BMW Formula E works team then joined for a Q&A session, with the guests having an opportunity to address questions to team principal Roger Griffith, race drivers Antonio Felix da Costa and Alexander Sims, as well as test driver Beitske Visser – a real treat full of insider info.

Next morning, the BMW i Pure Impulse members gathered at the BMW Race Suite among the highly impressive architecture of the Dôme des Invalides complex. The group headed for a pitlane walk and got up close to the teams and officials as well as the BMW cars which are provided to Formula E, such as the medical and safety cars. The guests then took a private tour of the BMW i stand, which is focused on the BMW i Vision Dynamics.

In between the on-track sessions, the members enjoyed a delicious lunch and also used the opportunity to discover the attractions of the 7th arrondissement, including the E-Village, the military museum and Napoleon’s tomb, which is the highlight of the Dôme des Invalides. After an event-filled race, most of the members took advantage of the great hospitality at the BMW Race Suite before departing the City of Light with memories of the electrifying action.
