This November, we kick off our new online event format, BMW i Pure Impulse Online Culinary Series, which will take BMW i Pure Impulse members on a journey of the senses. We’ll guide you to some of the world’s most lauded culinary destinations, as well as to hidden gems, and we’ll introduce you to foodie secrets – all from the comfort of your home.

Our first port of call will be the Italian region of Piedmont – home of the apéritif – known for its truffles, wines and hazelnuts.

Turin-based food journalist Nathalie Stevens will take you on our first virtual gastro-trip and guide you through the evening. Stevens has a master’s degree in Culinary Sciences from the Slow Food University in Italy. She is excited to share the stories of Piedmont, its people and produce with you.

Stevens will be joined by Nils Lackner, one of Germany’s most popular sommeliers, who’s known for his progressive, interactive style, and who will give insights into the wines of Piedmont.

The event includes the following benefits:

  • An online discovery of Piedmont on 27 November 2020, 8pm (CET), 7pm (GMT), from the comfort of your own home
  • A package of hand-picked specialities from Piedmont delivered straight to your door in time for the event.
